The terrace has a large grill built into the building's chimney. Recreation room The recreation room is divided into a billiard room, a Finnish sauna and a table tennis room. In these rooms there is an original 9-foot pool table, Finnish and steam sauna, professional treadmill, room bike, sport paddles, tennis table and other attractions. First floor The rooms on the first floor are connected by a beautiful mezzanine with a view of the living room and dining room with the kitchen.
